Today I met with Dr Harry Ashurst, Lead Medical Examiner Bradford, to discuss a new system that is due to be rolled out in Bradford within the next 6 months. This new system will provide greater scrutiny over deaths.
Dr Ashurst and his team provided me with assurances that the new system which is already operational for all deaths that take place within the hospital, will be as smooth as possible and one that works for all communities once rolled out district wide. More information will become available soon.
