Europe:(International Desk) According to a foreign news agency, International Journalist of the International Human Rights Commission and International Ambassador for the Department of Media Chief Ikramuddin said that respect for the courts is possible only by providing equal justice, not by issuing contempt notices.He said that decisions should be made according to the spirit of justice by hearing the cases on the basis of merit,Some cases are heard in days and most of the cases cannot be heard in months and years and some cases get refused to hear,which is regrettable.He said that technical objections are placed on the cases which do not want to be heard,thus the requirements of justice cannot be fulfilled and the respect of the courts with their true spirit cannot be made possible.He said that due to the pending cases in the courts there is a reaction in the public. International Ambassador for the Department of Media Chief Ikramuddin said in a statement that the cases should be heard on the basis of merit and decisions should be made in accordance with the spirit of justice.It is the responsibility of honorable judges sitting in the courts to give justice to the oppressed in time.Unless the court decisions are respected, the development of the country and the nation is impossible.
