Prominent British religious figure and successor of the Bari Imam, Pir Syed Maroof Hashmi, organized a dinner and musical night at the Bari Imam House in honor of the Consul General Imtiaz Feroz Gondal, who is posted at the Pakistani Consulate in Manchester.

In which distinguished figures of the community participated, including Chief Executive Winston Solicitors Bari Mazhar Latif – Raja Irshad Ahmed – Chairman of Malik Solicitors Maqbool Malik – Chairman of Nabil Group of Companies Nabil Javed Qureshi – Consultant Dr. Dawood Qazi – Siddique Poona Wale – and others. On this occasion, the special guest Consul General Imtiaz Feroz Gondal thanked Syed Maroof Hashmi for hosting the dinner in his honor and said that Syed Maroof Hashmi is a prominent religious figure. Today, he has brought together people of all schools of thought in one place at the Bari Imam House, which is a symbol of mutual unity and agreement of the community. The host, Syed Maroof Hashmi, thanked all the guests who attended the dinner and especially Consul General Imtiaz. He thanked Feroz Gondal for coming to Bari Imam House Bari on short notice. He further said that since Imtiaz Gondal took charge of the Manchester Consulate, the community has become easier to obtain passports and NADRA appointments and he is providing facilities to the community 24 hours a day in case of emergency. – Solicitor Mazhar Latif – Raja Irshad and Dr. Dawood Qazi welcomed Consul General Imtiaz Feroz Gondal on his arrival in Bari. He further said that promoting mutual unity, agreement and harmony within the community is a difficult task, which Syed Maroof Hashmi is doing with grace. Finally, Syed Maroof Hashmi presented a special shawl of Bari Imam to Consul General Imtiaz Feroz Gondal.
