In which Afzal Khan, Member of British Parliament – Chaudhry Naeem Gujjar, President of the Islamabad Bar – Lord Mayor of Manchester Councillors Shaukat Ali, in addition to prominent political, legal, business and social figures from the UK and Pakistan, were present. Other guests included former Lord Mayor Councillor Naeemul Hassan – Chairman of the Nabeel Group Nabeel Javed Qureshi – Raja Azhar, Raja Nasir, Raja Ayaz, Wasim Abbas, former Councillors Faraz Bhatti, Yousuf, Atif Riaz, Rashid Jatt, Mian Akram Zia and Mr. Nabeel, among others. The participants congratulated Frontier Solicitors Directors Fawad Aslam and Farhan Hashmi on the inauguration of the office and expressed their best wishes – on this occasion, the legal system, effective access to justice for the public, legal assistance for the business community and the important role of lawyers in society were also discussed. The participants emphasized that strong legal institutions play a vital role in protecting the interests of not only individuals and families, but also businesses and the wider community. During the event, discussions were also held on further strengthening legal, professional and business ties between the UK and Pakistan and promoting mutual cooperation between the legal communities of the two countries.
