October 12: A Phoenix Group delegation led by Bushra Bushra Anwar along with Sabira Naheed Chaudhry Seema Sheikh Rubina Rajah Raja, and Naheed Agha , visited Al-Noor Medical Centre at the invitation of Zahida Khan a Phoenix Group leader and the centre’s owner.
During the visit, Zahida Khan’s husband briefed the delegation on the centre’s operations, medical facilities, and staff. The delegation appreciated the organized patient care system, doctors’ services, and provision of free medicines. The centre offers general medical consultations and gynaecological services two days a week.
The delegation was also informed that a second centre had been established in another underprivileged area. Together, the centres reportedly treat around 50 to 90 deserving patients daily and provide them with free medicines.
