According to Ug News Media Europe,As a result of measures implemented by the State Border Service (SBS) within the framework of the fight against smuggling activities in December 2022, contraband with a total value of approximately 7 million 342 thousand manats, including 3 kilograms 692 grams of gold jewelry, 150 kilograms of trout roe , one pneumatic pistol, one “Hatsan” rifle and 264 pieces of ammunition belonging to it, various medicinal preparations, tobacco products and foreign currencies were detained.”Ug News Media Europe Report” was informed about this by the Press Center of the DSC.It was noted that 319 kg 676 grams of various types of narcotic substances and 91147 psychotropic pills were removed from illegal circulation as a result of measures against the illegal circulation of narcotic drugs in December last year.
