According to Ug News Media Europe,Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu and United Arab Emirates Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan had a telephone conversation.”UG NEWS Media Europe” reports with reference to “TRT Haber” that this was informed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkey.
The ministers discussed bilateral cooperation and regional issues.
At the same time, the parties exchanged views on the bans imposed on the education of female students by the “Taliban” group, which has seized power in Afghanistan.The ministers expressed their concerns about the decisions of the Taliban.
They also discussed the Israeli attack on “Masjid al-Aqsa”.
M. Çavushoğlu and his colleague drew attention to the importance of preserving the status and sanctity of religious objects in Jerusalem. They stressed the importance of full protection of “Masjid al-Aqsa” and stopping of serious and provocative violations occurring there.
The heads of foreign affairs also called on the Israeli authorities to take responsibility for reducing tension and instability in the region.
