Turkish Defense Minister:Sweden and Finland do not fulfill their obligations

Ankara:(International Desk) According to Ug News Media Europe,Turkey supports NATO’s “open door policy.”Ug news Media Europe” reports with reference to “TRT Haber” that Turkish Minister of National Defense, Army General Hulusi Akar said this in a meeting with high-ranking officials in the Czech Republic.
He said that Sweden and Finland do not fulfill the requirements of the tripartite agreement signed in June of last year: “We expect serious steps to stop support for terrorist organizations. Especially the fight against terrorism is a sensitive topic for the Turkish public.It should be noted that according to the agreement signed in Madrid last June, in order for Turkey to agree to Sweden and Finland’s membership in the Alliance, these countries must stop supporting terrorists and hand over wanted terrorists to Ankara.
