According to Ug News Europe,Today, with financial support of 4,250,000 euros from the European Commission’s External Policy Instrument Service, we are launching this project to support the safe return of internally displaced persons, including working hand in hand with the government of Azerbaijan.”Ug News Europe” informs that Nuno Queiros, acting Resident Representative of the United Nations Development Program, said this at a conference jointly organized by UNDP and Azerbaijan’s Demining Agency (ANAMA) in Shusha on February 7.
According to him, the project signed today will cover 20 villages and allow 33,604 families to benefit: “The project will strengthen the unique partnership between local and international NGOs, increase the potential of local institutions, and introduce innovative solutions in information management and demining of ANAMA. will strengthen in the field”.
