Today(February 15, 2023), NCHD & Central Jail Mardan organized a certificate distribution ceremony at the central jail Mardan on successful completion of the literacy center for illiterate female prisoners. The event was attended by Superintendent Jail Muhammad Riaz, Director Operations NCHD Anwar Iqbal, Dy.Director Shams Khan, Dy Superintendent Amjad Khan, and NCHD staff Mardan. Director Operations NCHD highly appreciated IG Prisons and Muhammad Riaz khan for launching education programs for the welfare of the prisoners.
