According to Ug News Europe,On March 3, the participants of the eco-action created conditions for the smooth passage of vehicles belonging to the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) from Khankendi to Lachin.Ug News Europe reports that five passenger cars and seven trucks belonging to the ICRC, moving from Khankendi towards Lachin, were provided free movement from the area where the action was held.This once again shows that there are no restrictions on the passage of humanitarian vehicles on the Lachin-Khankendi road.
