According to Ug News Europe,It is important to inform entrepreneurs operating in the regions about access to financial resources and state support mechanisms available in this area.For this purpose, the “Development of Regional Partners” project is being implemented in the regions from 2022.Ug News Europe regional correspondent informs that the purpose of the project is to inform business subjects and people who want to start entrepreneurship about the state’s support measures for financing entrepreneurship, as well as to expand business relations between businessmen from the capital and regions.The next event was held on March 10 in the city of Lankaran within the framework of the project jointly organized by the Small and Medium Business Development Agency (KOBIA) and “Marsol Group”.The event was attended by more than 300 entrepreneurs and representatives of relevant state institutions from Baku city and Astara, Jalilabad, Lerik, Lankaran, Masalli, Yardimli, as well as Shirvan and Salyan, which are part of the Lankaran-Astara economic region.At the event, Taleh Garashov, Head of Lankaran City Executive Authority, Orkhan Mammadov, Chairman of the Management Board of KOBIA, Mustafa Abbasbeyli, Chairman of the Management Board of the State Employment Agency, Osman Khaliyev, Chairman of the Management Board of the Entrepreneurship Development Fund, provided support and services to entrepreneurs, including preferential loans and subsidies provided by the state., provided information about the innovations in this field, alternative financing tools, the role of the self-employment program in starting micro and small businesses.Tural Mustafayev, director of Marsol Group, Nasimi Khasiyev, head of Kapital Bank’s small and medium-sized business department, and Samir Alizade, head of Maricel Real Estate, talked about the activities of the companies they represent, cooperation with state institutions in the field of entrepreneurship, and the use of existing support mechanisms.they talked.In the continuation of the event, a panel discussion was organized on the topic “Access opportunities for regional entrepreneurs to financial channels and state support mechanisms”.The representatives of KOBIA, Agrarian Credit and Development Agency (AKIA), Entrepreneurship Development Fund, State Employment Agency and “Kapital Bank” who participated in the discussions gave detailed information on the topic, listened to the proposals of entrepreneurs and answered their questions.It should be noted that the first event within the framework of the “Development of Regional Partners” project was held in December 2022 in the city of Sheki, and more than 200 entrepreneurs and people who want to start a business were informed about the possibilities of access to financial resources.The State Employment Agency, “Kapital Bank”, “Maricel Astara Resort” hotel and “Moon Group” are partners of the project. The project is planned to be held in other cities and regions of the country in the coming months.
