Manchester (Special Correspondent)
As per tradition, the renowned welfare organization Human Club Manchester once again provided exceptional services during the Ashura procession, serving thousands of mourners. The club’s founder, Khawaja Waseem, has been dedicated to humanitarian work for the past fifteen years, not only in Manchester but also through ongoing welfare projects in other countries.

On the day of Ashura, a large Sabeel (refreshment stall) was set up in Manchester, where water, food, and other essentials were distributed among thousands of participants in the procession. Those who played a key role in organizing and managing this service included Najeebullah, Saeedullah, Mudabbir, Iqbal Siddiqui, Shehzad Ali, Councillor Muqaddasah Bano, Dr. Basit, Haji Shabbir (from Open Kitchen Manchester) and Umair Hassan. Their dedication and commitment made the effort a great success.

Participants and community members widely praised Human Club for its continued efforts, calling it a true example of “service to humanity.”
