Secretary Standing Committee in the National Assembly of Pakistan and renowned literary personality Rabab Tabassum, who is on a private visit to the UK, was honored by Urdu Time Chief Editor and Senior Journalist Tahir Chaudhry – Karwan Adab Founder and President Sabir Raza Vice President and Community Leader Razia Chaudhry at the Park Crescent Hotel Manchester.

– ⁠- PC Hotel Chief Executive Chaudhry Naseer and Chaudhry Saeed were special guests – To enhance the poetry session and reception and literary gathering, Shariq Khan, Syed Ali Imran Kazmi, Tahir Hafeez, Dr. Fahd Hassan, Umair Manzoor, Chaudhry Taseer, Chaudhry Saeed Ahmed, Mehd Hassan, Rai Naeem Khan, Shabnam Khan attended. Rabab Tabassum, who came from Pakistan, said that I am very impressed by the way the Pakistani community living in the UK has kept Pakistani culture and Urdu literature alive by promoting it. I thought that by going abroad, you get immersed in the culture and civilization of that country, but that is not the case. They have kept the culture of Pakistan alive and raised the flag of Pakistan. Razia Chaudhry said that I was very impressed by the stories Rabab Tabassum ji told about her life. I was very happy to meet her. Sabir Raza said that Rabab Tabassum’s personality is impressive. Along with a deep love for literature, she is also a very good host. I am very happy to meet her. Tahir Chaudhry said that Rabab Tabassum is also a very good poet. Listening to her and Shariq Khan’s poetic words, the mehfil was filled with joy. Chaudhry Naseer and Chaudhry Saeed and other participants in the reception also welcomed Rabab Tabassum on her arrival in the UK and expressed their good feelings and sentiments for her. Tahir Hafeez presented his book to the special guest Rabab Tabassum.

The participants of the reception were deeply impressed by the poetry and literary discourse of the renowned poet and literary personality Rabab Tabassum and said that such personalities play a leading role in bringing glory to the motherland.
