Successful Online Training Session on Women’s Rights and Protection

In a collaborative effort between the Women Welfare Society and Urdu Global, an impactful online training session was conducted for women and young girls, focusing on Women’s Rights, Legal Protection, and Confidence Building. Participants from Pakistan and abroad attended the session in large numbers.

The primary objective of the session was to raise awareness about Gender-Based Violence (GBV), women protection laws, legal rights, and essential skills that help young girls build confidence.


During the session, renowned legal expert Advocate Muhammad Atif (High Court) delivered an informative talk on Women Protection Laws, highlighting key legal safeguards available to women.
Following this, Dr. Aamir Hassan Advocate provided an in-depth explanation of Family Laws and responded to participants’ questions with clarity and detail.


Ms. Maimoona Anjum conducted a motivational and insightful session on confidence building among young girls, which was highly appreciated by the audience.
The session was professionally moderated by Mominah Mahro Gondal, who also highlighted important aspects of Gender-Based Violence (GBV) and its impact on society.

At the conclusion of the program, President of Women Welfare Society Ms. Rasheeda Aziz, CEO Urdu Global Shehzad Ali Mirza, and Legal Advisor Advocate Amjad Gondal congratulated Mominah Mahro Gondal for successfully hosting the session and expressed gratitude to all guest speakers for their valuable contributions.

Participants praised the initiative as a meaningful step toward empowering, educating, and supporting women and girls in society.
