In it, the gates of Paradise are opened and the gates of Hell are closed and the rebellious devils are chained. And in it, there is one blessed night that is better than a thousand nights. Whoever is deprived of its blessings, then consider that he is a loser. Ramadan is such a lovely month that even the heavens are preparing to welcome it and Paradise is decorated. Therefore, the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) says that Paradise is certainly decorated all year round to welcome the month of Ramadan. And when Ramadan comes, Paradise says, “O Allah, make your servants special for me in this month.” The blessed saying of the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) is that take special care of Ramadan because it is the month of Allah Almighty, which is very blessed and exalted. He has left for you eleven months in which you eat and drink and enjoy all kinds of pleasures, but He has made one month special for Himself, so take special care of your worship in Ramadan.
