Road closure due to PTI sit-in: Islamabad High Court summons Islamabad IG.

ISLAMABAD:(Report By Ambreen Baloch)According to ug news Media Europe,The Islamabad High Court summoned the IG Islamabad on a petition against the closure of roads in Islamabad due to the sit-in of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI).
In the Islamabad High Court, a plea filed by traders was heard against the closure of the roads due to the PTI sit-in. Is the motorway fall in domain of federal government?  There are also protests in front of the Parliament, then why do you stop them?
Containers are lying all over Islamabad like any other situations. The Additional Attorney General told the court that law and order is a matter of the provincial government, therefore it is closed. The court summoned the IG Islamabad on the next hearing and ordered that the IG submit a report regarding the sit-in and road closures. The hearing of the case was adjourned till November 17.
Last week, PTI Chairman Imran Khan has appealed to the nation to participate in his long march for the generations to come.
Addressing marchers via video-link, he added that it is important to bring prosperity and justice to the country.
Imran said that Justice means that everyone is equal under law. But, he added, this is not the case in Pakistan.
Imran said that successful countries world have strong institutions. He added that a strong country stands upon strong institutions.
He added that a country could never achieve prosperity in absence rule of law. The PTI chief said that overseas Pakistanis are familiar with justice. They had left Pakistan because it doesn’t exist here.
He said that the weaker and powerless people go to jail, adding that deals are made with the influential thieves here. He added that all this happens here because there is no rule of law in Pakistan.
While condemning the government for attempting to control institutions, Imran alleged that they have never done anything on merit. They just want to control institutions to save their money, he added. Imran was of the view that institutions cannot apprehend the powerful.
He said that this is not only a problem in Pakistan, but it happens in all poor countries.
Earlier, PTI Chairman Imran Khan has said that the long march would definitely achieve its target ‘no matter what the circumstances are’.
Imran Khan is currently recovering at his Zaman Park residence after the murder attempt.
Imran, during a meeting with media persons, said that the PTI would back down only after it gets the date for general elections.
He added that no compromise would be made with the rulers.
