According to Ug News news Agency Europe, The German government intends to close four of the five Russian consulates operating in the country. Referring to the statement of the German government, “The Ug news Europe” informs that official Berlin has already informed Moscow about the need to close the Consulate General of Russia in Germany by the end of the year. According to the decision, German consulates in Kaliningrad, Novosibirsk and Yekaterinburg will also be closed. The spokesman of the German Foreign Ministry, Christopher Burger, announced that a Russian consulate and embassy in Berlin were allowed to operate. He said that this decision was made in response to Moscow’s official decision to reduce the number of employees of German enterprises operating in Russia to 350 people.
