Drive UK chairperson Abid Javed and his team members hosted the annual awards ceremony and dinner at the Castlemere Center in Rochdale, in which Member of the British Parliament George Galloway made a special appearance. And male and female driving instructors from Rochdale Oldham made a special appearance. Drive UK Chairperson Abid Javed said that we have been serving the community for the last twenty five years and like every year this year too today is our annual awards ceremony in which we give special certificates and shields to those who have shown good performance. I would like to thank all of you, especially the member of the British Parliament, George Galloway, who came from London today to participate in our program. I was delighted to attend their event today and thoroughly enjoyed Drive UK playing an important role within the community. Asad Shafiq, Advisor to the Dubai Royal Family, said that Drive UK has played an important role for the Rochdale community, especially for the youth, and their efforts are commendable. Entrepreneur Imtiaz Ahmed and community leader Ghulamul Rasool Shehzad said that Drive UK is playing an important role in the career development of young people by helping them to drive. We appreciate the work of Abid Javed. That Drive UK organizes an annual event to give all driving instructors an opportunity to come together for mutual exchange. Ahmed Abdullah said that Drive UK is a high quality driving school within Rochdale. Ishrat, who has been working for Drive UK for fifteen years, was honored with a special award for which she expressed her gratitude. In the event, special shields and certificates of appreciation were also given for the best performance this year.
