Zahid Mustafa Solicitor, a prominent UK lawyer and Chief Executive of RZZ Solicitors Rochdale, hosted an Iftar party at a local restaurant in Rochdale in honour of Barrister Amjad Malik, Deputy Chairman of the Overseas Punjab Commission.

In which prominent figures of the community, as well as fellow Quaid-e-Azam University classmates and lawyers, attended – including Dr. Irfan Saleem – Dr. Nadir Virk – Malik Mansoor – Sami Mir – Dr. Rizwan Bajwa – Yasir Malik – Syed Sajjad Ali Shah – Syed Aun Shah – Shiraz Akhtar – Waheed-ur-Rehman – Haji Aamir – Hafiz Mudassar Yasin – Babar Ali – Muhammad Haroon – Sheikh Kamran – Raja Saqib – Safdar Bhatti. On this occasion, Barrister Amjad Malik said that host Zahid Mustafa traditionally organizes an Iftar party in honor of friends every year in the month of Ramadan. He expressed his best wishes for the health and safety of his business and family. Host Zahid Mustafa Solicitor said that we congratulate Barrister Amjad Malik on assuming the post of Vice Chairman of the Overseas Punjab Commission. He further said that the month of Ramadan is a month of empathy. As much as you feel for others and try to fulfill each other’s needs, the month of Ramadan teaches us to help and empathize with each other. Mansoor Malik and Dr. Irfan Saleem said that host Zahid Mustafa always tries to bring the community together and discuss social issues. It is his merit that he is at the forefront in this regard. Nader Virk and Mustafa Nawaz said that we all got an opportunity to sit together at the Iftar party and we also discussed the issues facing the community – Sami Malik and. Other participants in the Iftar party also welcomed the gathering of friends.

In Rochdale, the Iftar party series continues regularly during the month of Ramadan to promote mutual unity and harmony within the community, which sends a positive message within the interfaith community.
