In Manchester, a Ramadan Appeal Iftar Dinner was organized in collaboration with Smile Aid Charity and Mercedes Manchester, in which a large number of the community participated and generously donated during this holy month and a huge amount of more than one hundred thousand pounds was raised.

Addressing the participants of the Iftar Dinner, Chairman Smile Aid Abubakar Sarwar and Shahbaz Sarwar thanked the participants on behalf of themselves and all the sponsors and said that the month of Ramadan teaches tolerance and forgiveness to each other. In it, friends and family all come together to break the fast and it is also a great example of community harmony. Speaking to the media on this occasion, Mercedes-Benz Manchester Regional Human Resources Manager Haroon Sheikh, Workers Party Bretton Chairman George Galloway – Judge Barrister Abid Hussain – Solicitor Bushra – and others expressed their views and said that Small Aid Charity is serving the suffering humanity all over the world and we should fully cooperate with them.
