London: Chairman of Jhelum Press Club, Raja Nau Bahar Khan, is currently on a visit to the United Kingdom, where he is actively engaging with relatives as well as prominent members of the Pakistani community, including political, social, and business figures.
Recently, he held an important meeting with British Senior Officer Syed Mudasar Rizvi of the Investigation Department in the City of Westminster, UK. The meeting took place in a cordial and serious environment, where both parties discussed matters of mutual interest, including the current situation in Pakistan, journalism, public issues, and potential solutions.
On this occasion, Chairman Raja Nau Bahar Khan shed light on the activities of the Jhelum Press Club and the problems faced by the people of the region. He emphasized the invaluable connection overseas Pakistanis have with their homeland and how their services and advice can play a crucial role in the country’s development.
The discussion also covered the sensitive issue of illegal migration. The Chairman praised the efforts of SSDO (Sustainable Social Development Organization), led by Executive Director Syed Kausar Abbas, which, in collaboration with the British High Commission, is working nationwide to raise awareness among youth against illegal migration.
He highlighted the importance of guiding the younger generation toward secure and legal avenues for growth and progress. Syed Mudasar Rizvi also appreciated these efforts and acknowledged the vital role of organizations like SSDO in youth education and awareness.
