– Dr. Chaudhry Azhar Mahmood paid tribute to the late Chaudhry Mushtaq Kaira, a prominent British business, political and social figure, for his public services.
A large number of people from all over the UK participated in the literary gathering – including scholars from Pakistan Asad Tahir Jappa – Chaudhry Saeed Kaira – Chaudhry Saeed – Abdul Jabbar – Zameer Talib Sial / Chaudhry Rafaqat Jora – and others. The event saw the launch of the book “Sir Syed Gujarat” by renowned Pakistani scholar Dr. Chaudhry Azhar Mahmood and a book based on the poetry of local poet Mumtaz Ali Mumtaz.
Prominent columnist Asad Tahir Jappa was also a guest at the event, who appreciated Dr. Chaudhry Azhar Ali’s book “Sir Syed Gujarat” and congratulated him on his efforts.
Special prayers were offered for Chaudhry Mushtaq Kaira, former DP and the late Gujarat Raja Munawar and Asad Ali.
