More than 60 percent of respondents predict that stock prices will rise or fall further, while nearly half expect unemployment to rise. At the same time, 90 percent of the country’s residents believe that 2023 will be a year of political conflicts in the United States, 72 percent of respondents expect an increase in crime, and 56 percent expect a large number of strikes organized by labor unions.85 percent of the survey participants believe that the new year will be full of disagreements in terms of international relations. In addition, 64 percent of respondents predict that the influence of the United States and Russia in the world will decrease, while 73 percent of respondents predict that the influence of China will increase.
