The event was attended by a large number of overseas Pakistanis, businessmen, community leaders and locals. The participants were given a detailed briefing by Managers Zeeshan Akram and Abdul Qadir about the construction of the project, investment opportunities and future financial benefits.
According to the organizers, this project, associated with the world-renowned hotel brand, is about 75 percent complete, while 20 percent of the apartments have also been booked during the booking campaign that has been going on since last year. After London and Birmingham, this workshop held in Manchester was also well received by overseas Pakistanis, where several participants completed their bookings on the spot. Manager Zeeshan Akram said that Radisson Blu Islamabad is a world-class project. Investors can buy one, two or three-bedroom apartments. The investor will share 60 percent of the rental income while the hotel management will share 40 percent. In addition, each owner will be provided with the facility of staying in their apartment for 16 nights annually. “During the workshop, participants asked questions on various aspects of the project, while experts informed them about the investment process, profitability and future prospects. Most of the people present at the event called the project a positive and safe investment. Local councilor and lawyer Bilal Babar said that it is a good thing that international standard projects are being introduced in Pakistan. Such projects not only provide investment opportunities to overseas Pakistanis but will also prove positive for Pakistan’s economy and international reputation.”- Other participants said that the association with a well-known international hotel brand and the innovative business model make this project unique from other projects.
“I booked the apartment after hearing the full details of the project,” said businessman Maqsood Javed. “I am sure that it is a safe and profitable investment, and overseas Pakistanis should also consider such projects.” Organizers say that the growing interest of overseas Pakistanis is an expression of confidence in the project. According to them, similar workshops will be organized in different cities of Europe and the Middle East, including the UK, in the future to expose more Pakistanis to world-class investment opportunities in their homeland.
