Europe:(International Desk) Ikramuddin,The founder of Jazba Ittehad Union of Journalists and the chief executive of Global Times Europe newspaper,gave a telephone call to the director of passport office Hayatabad Abdul Wadood.According to details,Chief executive of Global Times newspaper ikramuddin has telephoned Director Passport Office Hayatabad Abdul Wadood, the two discussed the problems and difficulties faced by the migrants residing in foreign countries and especially in European countries regarding passports and identity cards.Chief Ikramuddin said that passport problems for pakistani migrants residing in Europe are increasing day by day due to which the migrants are suffering from mental problems.It takes 7 months to 1 year to get ID cards and passports due to which migrants can’t move from one place to another which is a source of trouble.There is an urgent need to pay attention to the problems and difficulties of the migrants.Chief Ikramuddin briefed the Director Passport Office Hayatabad Abdul Wadood about the problems and difficulties faced by the migrants.Director Passport Office Hayatabad Abdul Wadood in his telephone conversation said that solving the problems and difficulties of the migrants is the first responsibility and mission of our government.He said that most of the Pakistani migrants have gone to European countries through illegal means and they have no evidence about their stay. whenever there is an inquiry of an immigrant from Europe,we want this inquiry to be completed as soon as possible because the purpose of Pakistani embassies in Europe and the passport office staff in Pakistan is to solve the problems of immigrants.On this occasion, Director Passport Office Hayatabad Abdul Wadood assured Chief Ikramuddin that inshallah we will play an important role in solving the problems and difficulties of the migrants in a timely manner so that the problems faced by the migrants can be solved in time.On the occasion,Chief Ikramuddin congratulated Abdul Wadood on his appointment as Director, Hayatabad Passport Office and appreciated his services.
