Lahore (Special Correspondent) According to UG News, Chairman Punjab Transport Company and Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz leader Chaudhry Shahzad Nazir Sindhu said that Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz Sharif’s recent visit to Brazil is significant. He said that the appreciation of Punjab’s environmental initiatives in COP 30 has strengthened the government’s efforts. He said that for the first time, Punjab participated in COP 30 not as an observer but as a regular participant. In COP 30, Punjab’s environmental initiatives were considered a strong example and environmentally friendly initiatives were appreciated, which further strengthened the government’s efforts. He said that Clean Punjab is the world’s organized waste management program. E-mobility has started in Punjab, electric buses and electric bikes have been brought, and transport is gradually being shifted to green energy. Significant work has been done to improve tourism, wildlife and the environment. The world is recognizing the steps taken to reduce and eliminate smog. Chairman Punjab Transport Company and Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz leader Chaudhry Shahzad Nazir Sandhu said in an interview with the UG News that the Punjab government under the leadership of Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz Sharif is working like a team, which is gaining acceptance among the public, which is commendable.
