Jhelum (Ch. Abid Mahmood + Syed Mazhar Abbas) A function was organized in Darulaman in collaboration with Aurat Foundation to raise awareness about domestic violence. Addressing the audience on the occasion, Deputy Director Social Welfare Chaudhry Wajid Hussain said The aim is to provide a safe haven for women affected by violence. This important institution provides all the facilities of life to all women who seek refuge without discrimination and strives to make them feel at home. Women who do not have a lawyer The agency hires them as lawyers. Women are provided free medicine and medical facilities. Women who leave their homes and loved ones take refuge in Darulaman and suffer from severe depression. The services of a psychologist are provided for their rehabilitation. And teaches other skills so that these women can live a dignified life.
