Deeplish Community Centre receives King’s Award for Community Service at a ceremony

Deeplish Community Centre in Rochdale was awarded the King’s Award in recognition of its community service. In celebration of receiving the King’s Award, Deeplish Community Centre Manager Sohail Ahmed and volunteers from the centre held a ceremony in which Greater Manchester Deputy Lieutenant Rebecca. – Mayor of Rochdale Janet Emsley and Deputy Mayor Faisal Rana – Deputy Lieutenant Israr Ahmed – Councillor Muhammad Arshad – Community Leader Raja Mudassar, in addition to the community, participated.
The participants of the ceremony appreciated the excellent services ofDeeplish Community Centre Manager Sohail Ahmed and his team, saying that this centre is playing a significant role in promoting welfare, educational work, social harmony and voluntary activities in Rochdale – Manager Sohail Ahmed thanked the guests. He further said that I pay tribute to the tireless work of the volunteers of the Deeplish Center – this award is an acknowledgement of the dedication, hard work and passion of the entire team –
The ceremony ended in a pleasant atmosphere – further service to the world community was acknowledged

Finally, a local singer demonstrated his art and the guests were treated to Lahore cuisine
