Fazil Mustafa: The issue raised by France in the UN about our country showed its facelessness

According to Ug News Media Europe,As it is known, on December 20-21 last year, France and Armenia called a meeting of the UN Security Council regarding the situation on the Lachin road. Immediately after the discussions, France, as a permanent member of the UN Security Council and currently its chairman, prepared a hypocritical and completely pro-Armenian text that presented the situation on the Lachin-Khankendi road as a “humanitarian disaster”. But despite this, France could not accept this text.
Fazil Mustafa, a member of the Milli Majlis, expressed these thoughts in his statement to Ug News Media Europe.
Fazil Mustafa noted that although France has shown biased behavior towards Azerbaijan for many years, it does not achieve its wish. Because no matter how biased a document is, it needs to be justified to some extent. And France could not justify the biased document it prepared against our country.”The French parliament thought that it was possible to impose the decisions it made on other countries. So, who is in which territory is known by the principles of international law, the territorial integrity of countries and the actual situation.Azerbaijan is trying to restore its laws in its sovereign territory – the Karabakh economic region, without contradicting the principles of international law. Our state is even taking steps and building a path for the gradual integration of Azerbaijani citizens of Armenian descent in those areas into Azerbaijan in a certain concessional way. Although Azerbaijan created conditions for them to use the Lachin road for humanitarian purposes, the Armenians could not use it properly. So, the corridor of Lachin has become a place for the transportation of illegal goods, as well as for terrorists. It became clear that France was the main cause of these cases. Because France used to secretly fight against our country, but now it openly supports Armenia. This country immediately showed itself as a friend of Armenia and an enemy of Azerbaijan.
He noted that every issue raised by France is already understood in the world as a hostile position towards Azerbaijan. Other states also understand that breaking relations with Azerbaijan will not be useful in future relations due to the ambition and desire of France. That is why some countries support Azerbaijan. It is impossible for France to succeed with such biased approaches.
“We must try to block such initiatives by intensifying our diplomatic efforts. Also, let’s cover certain distances in the direction of the realization of our wishes”, said the deputy.
