A colorful Family Fun Day was organized by the Chairman of Prestwich Muslim Welfare Trust, Haji Habibullah and the spirited Dr. Anwar Nayar and their team to raise funds for the construction of Bilal Mosque and community projects. The special participation of Bari Council Leader Eamonn Bryan The event organized various fun activities for children and families, including jumping castles, community services stalls, food and drinks, different flavors of tea and several shopping stalls. The event also arranged separate activities for the elderly, parents, youth and children. Other participants included Councilor Imran Rizvi – Councilor Babar Ibrahim – Councilor Shahbaz Arif – Councilor Richard Gold – Former candidate for Metro Mayor Chaudhry Aslam Kamboh – Naira – Tahir Hafeez – Chaudhry Aslam Kamboh’s son, International Award winner Chaudhry Muhammad Anush Aslam, was awarded a special shield – The Chairman and members of the Management Committee of Bilal Mosque appealed to the community to actively contribute financially for the construction of the mosque and the completion of welfare projects. Chairman Haji Habibullah and Dr. Anwar Nayar said in their message: “Mosques are not only places of worship but also centers of education, unity and community service. We request all well-wishers to contribute to the construction fund of Bilal Mosque so that this project can be completed soon.”
According to the organizers, the purpose of this fundraising event is to bring the community together on one platform and provide resources for the construction of a new mosque. The participants appreciated the event and assured all possible support for the construction of the mosque.
