Change in seniority of government employee should not be allowed. Demand for male and female lecturers
Peshawar:(Special Representative)According to Ug News Media Europe,The government should follow rules and regulations for seniority. The seniority list of maleand females Lecturers should not be manipulated. The rules of seniority are crystal clear and no one should be allowed to make changes in seniority of any government employee. It is the basic right of the employees which determine their fate. It is pertinent to mention that some lectures of 6/2013 advertisement have got seniority and promotion and others are left. The list has been changed abruptly and adhoc lecturers have been given seniority.It is the fist time in the history of Pakistan in Higher Education that merit is foreseen۔Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Khaw Mehmood Khan, Governor Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Adviser Higher Education Kamran Bangash and Secretary Higher Education demand to take notice of the abuse of male and female lecturers.
