Azerbaijan:(International Desk) According to Ug News Media Europe,There is a need to establish family courts in Azerbaijan.Ug News Media Europe informs that Sadagat Valiyeva, a member of the Family, Women and Children’s Affairs Committee of the Milli Majlis, said this during her speech at the committee meeting held in the Parliament on January 18.
The deputy proposed to hold hearings on the marriage contract in the parliament: “The name of the marriage contract should be changed and included in the legislation as a marriage agreement. There is also a need for family courts. Because the existing courts do not have time to be interested in the reasons for the breakup of families.
