According to Ug News News Agency Europe,The Italian government will increase military spending by 800 million euros this year.informs that “Ug News Europe” newspaper published information about this.It was reported that this country will increase its defense spending from 25.7 billion euros in 2022 to approximately 26.5 billion euros in 2023.It was noted that Italy plans to increase the number of multifunctional FREMM-type frigates from three to six, including two more submarines, as well as two anti-submarine aircraft.In addition, the possibility of purchasing 100 German-made “Leopard 2” tanks, as well as CV90 infantry fighting vehicles exported by Sweden, is being considered.
