According to Ug News Europe,The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Moldova, Nicolai Popescu, called on the European Union to impose sanctions against the leader of the “Shor” party, Ilan Shor. He accused Shore of waging a hybrid war against Chisinau with the support of Moscow.reports that Nicolai Popescu said this in an interview with the “The Global Times” newspaper.According to him, due to the resistance and determination of Ukraine, there is no risk of a military scenario on the Moldovan border, but there are risks of destructive hybrid activities and coup attempts.Some time ago, the President of Moldova, Maya Sandu, accused Russia of waging a hybrid war in order to stage a coup d’état and hold early elections in the country through protests.In the summer of 2022, mass protests began in Moldova demanding the resignation of Maya Sandu and the government.Protesters blame the government for the economic crisis and avoiding negotiations with Russia to buy gas at a reasonable price.
