According to Ug News Europe,Next month (March) will be the official opening of “Shusha – the cultural capital of the Turkic world 2023″.”Ug News Europe” informs that this was included in the Action Plan regarding the declaration of the city of Shusha as the “cultural capital of the Turkish world” for 2023, approved by Prime Minister Ali Asadov.
The executive bodies of the event are the Ministry of Culture, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the special representation of the President of Azerbaijan in the Shusha region, and the Shusha City State Reserve Department.
