Northwest President Asif Rashid Butt appeared very enthusiastic to encourage the sit-ins – PTI workers, former members of Sindh Assembly Shahzad Qureshi – Salman Shah – Dr. Andleeb – Rubina – Muhammad Mansha participated. Asif Rashid Butt – Shahzad Qureshi – Dr. Andleeb said that the sit-in was held by the office bearers and workers of the North West Region to express solidarity with the sisters of Murshid Imran Khan. He further said that Murshid Imran Khan is not being allowed to meet his family and lawyers, which is a blatant violation of international human rights. The fake and usurping government and establishment of Pakistan have mistreated Imran Khan and all basic rights are being violated. Nasreen alias Baloo – Rubina – Salman Shah and others, along with other participants in the sit-in, expressed their complete solidarity with Aleema Khanum and other sisters and demanded that international human rights organizations raise their voices against the inhumane treatment meted out to Imran Khan.
