No power of attorney or any agent is required for the transfer of property.
Overseas Pakistanis should come to the Pakistan High Commission themselves and get their identity verified and avail this service.
The process of digital transfer of property is transparent, fast, and based on savings. Overseas Pakistanis living in the UK can now transfer property directly from London.
