Afghan Taliban leaders are demanded to release Abdul Mateen and Muhammad Ali.Head of Jazba ittehad union of Journalist
Italy:(International Desk) Ikramuddin,Head of the Jazba Ittehad Union of Journalists European Organization,said that the Afghan Taliban should stop arresting journalists.Journalists are the precious assets and identity of the country and nation.He said that today is the second day of the arrest of Abdul Matin and Khyber News cameraman Muhammad Ali by the Afghan Taliban in Kandahar,So far,The Taliban have not released them which is regrettable and reprehensible.Their mobiles have been taken off them again after they contacted the relatives in Pakistan this morning.They have been transferred to an unknown place.Taliban are being approached regarding this issue but they have refused to give any explaination. Ikramuddin,Head of the Jazba ittehad Union of Journalists European organization has demanded from Taliban leader Maulvi Baitullah Akhundzada and Taliban political office chief Maulana Abdul Ghani Baradar and Afghan Taliban spokesman Sohail Shaheen the immediate release of Abdul Matin and Muhammad Ali.On this occasion,Domestic and international journalists of Global Times Media also strongly condemned the arrest of Abdul Matin and Muhammad Ali and said that the lives of journalist Abdul Matin and cameraman Muhammad Ali should be protected and they should be released immediately.Ikramuddin,Head of the Jazba Ittehad Union of Journalists,added that the Afghan Taliban should serve the country and the nation instead of anarchy and play an important role in protecting journalists.
