According to Ug News Media Europe,In the Conference Center in Aghdam, the Chamber of Accounts held a training session for the employees of the special representation of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the public legal entity “Recovery, Construction and Management Service in the Karabakh Economic Region” in the liberated territories included in the Karabakh economic region (except Shusha region).Ug News Media Europe regional correspondent reports that Bashir Hajiyev, the deputy special representative of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, emphasized the importance of the training. He said that Azerbaijan is transitioning to the next and bigger stage of development against the background of new global realities by restoring its territorial integrity. Our cities and villages destroyed by the Armenian invaders for nearly 30 years are being rebuilt by our state, and large-scale infrastructure projects are being implemented. This process is directly aimed at increasing the economic and social power of our liberated regions and the country as a whole, and at the same time improving management.
It has been brought to attention that during the repair, construction and restoration processes carried out in the territories freed from occupation, the state purchases are fully transparent and in accordance with the law, and the funds allocated to the state investment programs are spent according to their destination, which is one of the most important tasks set by President Ilham Aliyev. The main goal of today’s training is the control and coordination of these processes, as well as further education of the employees of the institutions that carry out construction works.
Vugar Ibrahimov, the auditor of the Accounting Chamber, expressed his pride that the organization he represented held such an event in the territories freed from occupation, gave information about the topics to be discussed during the training, and wished success to the participants.Then the implementation of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On State Procurement”, “Formulation and execution of State investment programs, spending of allocated funds and implementation of control, accounting and reporting”, “Construction of facilities at the expense of State funds, pricing system, technical control and acceptance into operation” training procedures” were held.
During the training, the participants’ questions on the topic were answered.
