According to global news Agency Europe, In Shusha, the cultural capital of the Turkic world, the closing ceremony of the 9th meeting of the National Commissions for UNESCO of TURKSOY member countries is being held. The regional correspondent of The Global Europe informs that the final statement of the 9th meeting held in Baku will be accepted at the event attended by the representatives of the National Commissions for UNESCO and the Secretaries General of the National Commissions of 10 African countries for UNESCO. After the closing ceremony, the guests will get acquainted with the city of Shusha, and a concert program will be organized by the “Karabagh” mugham group. It should be noted that on April 7, the National Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan for UNESCO under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the International Organization of Turkish Culture (TURKSOY), ADA University and the Institute of Development and Diplomacy of the University jointly organized the 9th meeting of the National Commissions for UNESCO of TURKSOY member countries. the opening ceremony of the meeting was held. During the opening, the chairmanship of the 9th term of the National Commissions for UNESCO of TURKSOY member countries was transferred from the National Commission for UNESCO of the Republic of Turkey to the National Commission for UNESCO of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
