“Forecasting is a risky business. We, the AIC, believe that the assumptions of a number of rating agencies and international financial organizations that the economy of the Russian Federation, Belarus and the entire Eurasian Economic Union will experience a decline of 5-7%, or even 10%, are true. “We believe that a 2%, maximum 2.5% decrease can be recorded compared to 2021,” he said.
