Nevertheless, subscribers are supplied with natural gas according to demand, and there are no problems in this area.Ug News Europe reports that Rasim Ahmadov, head of the Regime Control and Central Dispatch Department of Azerigas Production Union (PU), said these words at a meeting with media representatives within the framework of the “Open Door” campaign. The head of the department said that on February 9 of this year, 42 million 721 thousand cubic meters of gas were received: “24 million 555 thousand cubic meters of this belong to Baku and the Absheron peninsula, and 18 million 166 thousand cubic meters to the regions.The official of the institution also pointed out that the recorded indicators are 8 million 170 thousand cubic meters more than the current day of last year.
Eldeniz Valiyev, the head of the public relations department of the Union, spoke about the damage to the gas industry in the last 3 days due to the sudden change in weather conditions in the capital: “In 10 addresses, the meters were damaged as a result of falling wooden and stone fences, and a car accident occurred in 1 address. As a result of the accident, the medium-pressure gas line with a diameter of 219 millimeters was broken, as a result, 1,500 subscribers were left without gas,” he said. According to him, after the incident, Union employees were immediately involved in the area and the consequences of the accident were eliminated in a short time.
