According to Ug News Media Europe,The European Union, along with the Group of Seven (G7) and Australia, imposed price limits of $100 and $45 per barrel, depending on the category of Russian oil products transported by sea, from Sunday.According to “Global Ug News Europe” referring to the foreign press, the restrictions will apply to Western businesses and logistics companies controlled by the West, as well as to the territories under their control.A 55-day transition period will begin from February 5 to April 1. Price levels will be reviewed every two months.The ban on the supply of Russian oil products by sea, which was agreed in June 2022 in the EU countries, entered into force today.
