According to Ug news Media Europe,The order regarding the appointment of a judge and chairman of the Court of Serious Crimes of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic entered into force today.”Report Ug news News Agency Europe” informs that this was reflected in the relevant decree signed by President Ilham Aliyev on December 28, 2022.
Thus, by the order of the head of state, Huseyn Mammad oglu Mammadov was again appointed as the judge and chairman of the Court of Serious Crimes of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.
It is mentioned in the document that this decree will enter into force on January 2, 2023.
It should be noted that since 2014, H.Mammadov has been working as the chairman of the Court of Serious Crimes of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic. He was previously the chairman of the Nakhchivan City Court. Previously, he worked as a judge of the Supreme Court of Nakhchivan, head of the Control Department of the Supreme Court of Nakhchivan.
