According to global Times Media Europe,At the invitation of the Prosecutor General Kamran Aliyev, the delegation led by the Prosecutor General of Munich Reinhald Röttle came to our country on a business trip.”Global Times Media Europe” was informed about this by the Press Service of the Prosecutor General’s Office of Azerbaijan.It was reported that at the meeting held at the General Prosecutor’s Office, the General Prosecutor warmly welcomed the guests and stressed the importance of expanding legal cooperation, stressing the successful development of relations between our countries based on historical roots.Kamran Aliyev informed the guests about the large-scale reforms carried out in the prosecutor’s offices under the leadership of the head of state Ilham Aliyev, including the directions of activities for the restoration of property and non-criminal proceedings, which were included in the new structure approved in June 2020.Reinhald Röttle expressed his gratitude for the invitation and warm welcome to the visit and said that he was happy to be a live witness of the dynamic development of our country. The guest said that they are interested in establishing relations between the prosecutor’s offices of the Bavarian region, which he leads, and the prosecutor’s offices of our country.
It was emphasized that cooperation between the law enforcement agencies of our countries is necessary in the fight against various manifestations of crime, including illegal drug trafficking, human trafficking, terrorism and religious extremism.
The parties also discussed cooperation perspectives within the framework of international organizations, including the European Union, the International Association of Prosecutors and Eurocast.Ralf Horlemann, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Germany to our country, also participated in the meeting.”The delegation’s business visit to our country continues.
