It is noted that a man born in 1974 fired from the balcony of the apartment building.According to the information of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, he first opened fire several times, as a result of which 4 people died and 5 others were injured in the courtyard of the building.In addition, it is noted that the armed person opened fire at the police officers who came to the scene, as a result of which one of them died.
