According to Ug News Media Europe,The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkey (MFA) called on the administrations of European countries to respond to the actions related to the burning of the Koran.”Ug News Media Europe” informs that the burning of the Koran in Denmark is condemned in the statement released by the Ministry.”Following Sweden, we condemn in the strongest possible terms this act against the Koran by Islamophobes in Copenhagen today,” the statement said.
It is reported that this heinous act, which took place in Denmark after Sweden and the Netherlands, shows how dangerous religious intolerance and hatred have reached in Europe.
It should be noted that the Danish ambassador in Ankara was summoned to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkey in connection with the mentioned incident. The Danish diplomat at the Turkish MFA was told that this was unacceptable.
