According to Ug News Media Europe,The Tawakkol Karman Foundation, a Yemeni activist and winner of the Nobel Prize, said that it will build 50 houses for people affected by the earthquake in Kahramanmaras.Ug News Media Europe reports with reference to Anadolu Agency that Karman, who gave an interview to Yemen’s “Belqees” TV channel, said that the houses to be built are an indicator of the solidarity of Yemenis with their brothers in Turkey. He said that the houses will be built through AFAD.
“This is an expression of our loyalty to Turkey, which is still with Yemen in difficult times,” Karman said, adding that they want to place the emblem of the foundation on the houses to be built as a sign of solidarity.
