Former Mayor Asim Rasheed Mayor Consort Sultan Ali Councilor Cabinet Member Iftikhar Ahmed Councilor Sardar Shahid Councilor Chaudhry Muhammad Arshad Councilor Aiza Asim and male and female driving instructors from Rochdale Oldham specially participated. Speaking on the occasion, Mayor Rochdale Councilor Ali Ahmed said that it was a great pleasure to attend the event and that the drives were playing a vital role in the UK community. Cabinet Member Councilor Iftikhar Ahmed said that Drive UK has played its due role for the Rochdale community to the best of its ability, especially for the youth. Instructors Tasneem Bibi and Shahnaz Rao said that Drive UK hosts the annual event and gives a chance to all driver instructors to come together so that there is mutual exchange. Rauf said Drive UK is a high quality driving school in Rochdale. Azmat Khan said that there was a lot of entertainment for the participants and we all enjoyed it very much. Special shields and certificates of appreciation for the best performance this year were also given at the ceremony. Among the recipients of the award were Ayaz Khan, Rafi Sarosh, Yasir Mahmood, Sichiu Ahmed Mustafa, Sinha Rohi, Ishrat Sultana, Fauzia Anwar, Ehtesham Ali, Khalid Mahmood and Faraz Mansoor. – Saeed Tahir – Abid Mohammad – Zahid Pervaiz Anwar – Mohammad Altaf – Nabila Arshad – Sanam Bukhari – and Faraz were given special certificates of appreciation.
